How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 Business Days. 

Each Urza’s Toolbox product is manufactured, assembled, and tested by a small team. Each order is assembled and tuned prior to shipping out, so it takes a little time to get YOUR item together and working right. We know that Amazon has spoiled us with 2-day delivery, but we are trying to make a quality product that you will enjoy. We think a little extra time is worth a better product.

What About Shipping?

Shipping to the United States is typically 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from North Carolina.

Shipping internationally varies on the country. Typically ~10-20 days.

All Urza’s Toolbox items are currently shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS Retail Ground is used for domestic deliveries and USPS First-Class Package International Service for all international deliveries.  UPS, FedEx, and DHL are available as alternatives for nearly all destinations.

We are working to add additional carriers and options for delivery, but at this time, all other carrier options are more expensive than USPS for domestic and International.

Urza’s Toolbox charges the closest known USPS shipping rate, plus a small upcharge for shipping materials (box, bubble wrap, tape, labels, and all other shipping-related supplies). We are not marking up shipping costs, or trying to make money on shipping. We are passing through the costs as closely as we can.
