The Sleeved Shuffler (New 2026 Version)

A card-safe shuffler designed for sleeved & unsleeved cards.

Sleeves are slick, and a Commander deck is already a brick before you try to mash it. You square the pile, press, and half the cards leave the table. The other half stay stuck together in a clump that is not a shuffle.

Cut the deck, put half in each side, turn the crank, and the cards come back mixed. No motor or battery to mangle your cards, instead it’s hand-cranked so you can feel the cards and the mix. If something falls wrong or gets stuck, you feel the tension and stop, clear the jam, and continue. Better to interrupt your shuffle to fix an issue than to ever damage a card.

The Sleeved Shuffler has the name across the front, and that is the whole pitch. The default Black model has a black body and black interior with white text. The other colors are simple pairs: white & black, pink & blue, purple & black, and the yellow "Smile" with the big cheesy grin. Standard and poker-sized cards fit, and so does anything smaller, sleeved or unsleeved. Same mechanism as Mishra's Deck Box and all of our other shufflers.

We built it around sleeves, because that is where ordinary shufflers fail and where hands give up. Dragon Shield, Katana, Eclipse, and the other sleeves people actually use. As you crank, it takes a few cards from each side, usually one to three, so the mix is uneven on purpose to create actual randomization. A perfect left-right-left would not be a shuffle. One pass through the shuffler is equivalent to a riffle or side shuffle, so run it through a few times with some cuts in between.

We have spent almost 5 years in continuous design improvements to ensure every card is safe.  We have never had a sleeved card damaged in one of our shufflers.

Don’t use sleeves? Not a problem. These shufflers can handle unsleeved cards too.  Japanese or Chimera or other smaller cards, sleeved or unsleeved? No problem!

The shuffling mechanism and the card safety are the same on every size. What changes is how many cards it will hold.

• Mini: a 60-card deck in a normal sleeve, or 120 unsleeved.
• Standard: Commander deck: 100 single-sleeved, or 200 unsleeved.
• XL: Double-sleeved starts here. 100 cards with a thin inner and a normal outer, 125 single-sleeved, or 250 unsleeved.
• XXL: 125 double-sleeved, 150 single-sleeved, or 300 unsleeved.
• Super200: 200 single-sleeved, or 400 unsleeved. With the oversized-sleeve option it fits 100 triple-sleeved cards.

UPDATED 2026 DESIGN: Up to 2.5x thicker body and functional parts for a stiffer and more sturdy shuffling experience. New base design. Reworked gearing, grip, and handle for a secure and smooth spin. Rubber feet to keep it from walking across the table while you crank. A weighted base is an optional add-on, putting about half a pound integrated into the base.

Printed on our own machines in Raleigh, assembled by hand, and tested before it ships. Made with temperature-safe ABS, so it won’t melt in your car in the summer. For sustainability, we source “previously loved” Legos for the axle and tires, because nobody has beaten Lego at tires.
