Refunds, Returns, and Terms & Conditions

As all Urza’s Toolbox items are 3D printed, items may vary in color, finish, and condition. 3D Printing is an additive manufacturing process, and by its very nature, do not result in identical parts with each manufacturing run. Items are hand-built and tuned, which will also result in variations in fit, function, and quality of items. Prior to considering a return, please contact us at sales@urzastoolbox.com as we may be able to assist you directly to adjust and/or repair your item without needing a return.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be delighted with our products, but if you do decide that you are unhappy with your product, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of your item(s). To ensure a successful return, please return your product in as-new condition, and in the original packaging, or packed similarly to the original. Please contact us at sales@urzastoolbox.com prior to returning your item, so we can assist with any issues prior to your return, and to provide a return authorization number and return address. You will be responsible for return shipping. Lost or damaged items, unless covered by the Defective Items & Damaged Items section below will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued within 2 Business days of receipt and inspection of your returned item. Shipping costs are not refunded. It may take longer for your funds to be processed/delivered, based on your method of payment.

We recommend a 12″ x 6″ x 8″ or 12″ x 8″ x 8″ box for shipping, along with bubble wrap or other packing materials to keep your items safe in transit.

For customers in the United States, we recommend USPS (United Stated Postal Service) Retail Ground or Priority Mail.

For international customers, we recommend using the most affordable shipping with tracking.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We may allow for a like-for-like exchange, or exchange for credit towards the purchase of a more expensive unit. Items that have been damaged due to abnormal usage, dropping, abuse, or other conditions not related to the designed use and function of the item, are not covered by this policy. Return shipping costs for the original unit will not be covered. If you wish to initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@urzastoolbox.com to discuss. We will respond within 1 Business day and will review your request.

Defective Items & Damaged Items

We will repair, replace, and/or exchange parts and units, with no charge, with failures from defects in manufacturing and/or assembly. Items damaged in shipping, by the carrier, will also be repaired, replaced, and/or exchanged, with no charge. Items that have been damaged due to abnormal usage, dropping, abuse, or other conditions not related to the designed use and function of the item, are not covered by this policy. We may provide replacement parts for you to repair your own item, or may request the item to be returned to us for repair and/or replacement. Return of the defective or damaged items is required, and shipping costs may or may not be covered by us, depending on the situation. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at sales@urzastoolbox.com to discuss. We will respond within 1 Business day and will make every effort to repair and/or replace your product.

Custom Commission & Personalized Order Disclaimer

Custom & Personalized Orders: 
Custom-painted and personalized shufflers are made-to-order items created specifically for you. As such, these items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • All commissioned work is done by hand. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Damage or Defect Resolution:
If your custom item arrives damaged or does not function properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@urzastoolbox.com. We’ll work with you to offer a repair or replacement (if possible), or store credit for a future order. We may require photo documentation before authorizing a replacement.

Artist Discretion & Style:
By commissioning a painted or personalized model, you acknowledge that:

    • Creative interpretation and stylistic choices may be used

    • Exact replication of sample designs or reference images is not guaranteed

    • All final designs are subject to artist discretion within the agreed theme

Approval, Payment, & Delivery:
In some cases, preview photos or theme confirmations may be shared before final production. However:

    • All approved orders are considered final

    • Payment is required in full before production begins

    • Any delays in approval or communication may extend the estimated production time

    • Delivery dates will vary based on the requested work and will be individually determined and communicated

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on this website, you agree to this Refund and Return Policy. All purchases are subject to approval and availability. Urza’s Toolbox reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
