After many months of revisions and testing, our Updated Version (v 2.0) of our shufflers are now available for order. The 2.0 version brings many small improvements across the board to the entire line of shufflers, and the official launch of the newest design, the Charishuffle, a fire-themed shuffler taking inspiration from Pokemon.
Some of the updates to the design include:
- XL version now available for all designs – fits 100 double-sleeved cards or ~140 single-sleeved cards
- New Mini version now available for all designs – fits 60 card single-sleeved decks
- New Charishuffle design in orange and black with custom fire gear logo
- Redesigned gear shaping for smoother movement and quieter operation
- Updated catch tray with rounded edges and slightly wider for better card travel
- Updated guide post design to help prevent cards catching on the top of the catch tray
- Totally new design for the tray guides
- Updated “Red” logo design for small gears
- Reduced hardware count from 44 to 14, reducing the non-recyclable parts of the shuffler
- Revised design with fewer screws for easier adjustments and extra off-color accents
- New printer farm with higher quality surface finish on printed parts
- Updated letter-printing process for clearer in-printed letters on front and rear
- Reduced length of the main turn handle post to reduce card catching
- Revised “V” design and location for better guiding of cards into the catch tray
- Adjusted gear and wheel positioning for smoother operation
- Adjusted wheel spacing slightly to ensure cards cannot bend if edges catch
- And more!
We still have some inventory of the Legacy Version shufflers, and will be offering them at a discount to sell out of our old inventory. Supplies are limited!
